What is FCTTN?
FCTTN is a motorsport-focused media and lifestyle brand. We create original content including vodcasts, articles, and interviews from around the paddock, alongside limited-edition merchandise and a paid subscription community.
Where is FCTTN based?
FCTTN is operated out of Brisbane, Australia by New Speed Pty Ltd.
MERCH & PRODUCTS
What t-shirts does FCTTN use?
We use AS Colour t-shirts for our merchandise. AS Colour garments are known for their premium quality, consistent fits, and durability, making them ideal for print-to-order production.
Fit, fabric, and sizing vary by style, so we strongly recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering.
Are your products in stock?
All FCTTN merchandise is printed to order. This means each item is made specifically for you once an order is placed, rather than held as physical stock.
What is the FCTTN Staples range?
The FCTTN Staples range represents our core designs, available year-round and produced on a made-to-order basis. Staples items are not tied to specific events or release windows, though availability may change from time to time.
What are Limited Drops?
Limited Drops are special merchandise releases that:
- Are available for a limited time only
- Often coincide with an upcoming Grand Prix or motorsport event
- Close at a specified time or once the drop window ends
Once a Limited Drop closes:
- The t-shirt will never be restocked
- The design may return in the future on a different garment, but not as the same t-shirt
SIZING
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Guide before placing your order. Each garment style may fit differently, and all items are printed to order. Exchanges are available.
Can I change my size after ordering?
No. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship within Australia and internationally.
Domestic standard shipping - $10
International standard shipping - $15
How long does shipping take?
All FCTTN garments are printed to order.
Please allow:
- Up to 5-7 business days for production
- Additional time for shipping, depending on your location and selected shipping method
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please carefully review your shipping details at checkout. Once an order has entered production, shipping details cannot be changed.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at shop@fcttn.com with your order number. Lost shipments may be eligible for reprint or refund if verified by tracking data.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Due to the print-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit right, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Please contact us at shop@fcttn.com.
When are refunds or reprints NOT provided?
Refunds or reprints will not be provided for:
- Slight colour variations from screen to print
- Subjective dissatisfaction without a production defect
- Claims made more than 14 days after delivery
- Items with noticeable wear, damage, odours, or makeup stains
When ARE refunds or reprints provided?
At our discretion, refunds or reprints may be offered for:
- Confirmed production or fulfilment errors
- Print defects or damage during production or shipping
- Lost shipments verified by tracking information
Photographic evidence may be required. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

PRODUCT CARE
How do I look after my printed tee?
Printed garments last best with a little care. To keep your FCTTN tee looking fresh:
Do:
- Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle
- Wash inside-out with similar colours
- Hang to air-dry out of direct sunlight
Don’t:
- Iron directly over the print (iron inside-out only if needed)
- Tumble dry or dry clean
- Use bleach, harsh detergents, or fabric softeners
All fabrics and prints naturally age over time. Proper care helps extend the life of your garment.
Noticed a faint yellow mark around the print?This can be a normal fixation mark from the printing process. A gentle cold wash should remove it.

Does FCTTN have a subscription?
Yes. FCTTN offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, with the yearly option including a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

How do FCTTN giveaways work?
Giveaways run periodically and may be open to subscribers, customers, or the wider community, depending on the promotion. Entry requirements are outlined in each giveaway announcement.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are selected at random or based on criteria stated in the promotion. All decisions are final.
