By accessing or using this website, purchasing merchandise, subscribing to FCTTN, entering giveaways, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- Digital content including vodcasts, podcasts, videos, and editorial
- Paid subscription plans
- Merchandise including FCTTN Staples and Limited Drop releases
- Promotional giveaways and competitions
- Community engagement across digital platforms
All services are operated by New Speed Pty Ltd, Brisbane, Australia.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website or subscribing to FCTTN, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
- You are legally capable of entering binding agreements under Australian law
- All information you provide is accurate and up to date
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription Plans
FCTTN offers paid subscriptions on:
- a monthly basis
- a yearly basis, which includes a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing
Pricing, billing frequency, and inclusions are displayed at checkout.
Subscription Inclusions
Depending on the plan selected, subscriptions may include:
- Exclusive access to the Full Creditors Discord
- Weekly FCTTN Insider article
- Entry into a monthly $500 Visa card giveaway
- One accumulating entry per month into the annual FCTTN Gold Coast 500 giveaway or $5,000 cash alternative
- 20% discount on all FCTTN merchandise
- 15% discount on Authentic Collectables
- Exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes videos from around the paddock
Inclusions may change from time to time and will be communicated via the website or email.
Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Monthly subscriptions renew monthly
- Yearly subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled prior to renewal
- Cancellation prevents future billing and does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for any unused portion of the billing period, unless required by law
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
4. MERCHANDISE SALES
Print-to-Order
All FCTTN merchandise is printed to order.
Customers are responsible for:
- Carefully reviewing size selection
- Confirming shipping details at checkout before completing a purchase
Once an order has been placed, it enters production and cannot be changed.
FCTTN Staples Range
The FCTTN Staples range represents our core designs, available year-round and produced on a made-to-order basis. Unlike limited drops, Staples items are not tied to specific events or release windows, though availability may change from time to time.
Limited Drops
FCTTN also releases limited drop merchandise, which:
- Is available for a limited time only
- Often coincides with an upcoming Grand Prix or motorsport event
- Is produced within a defined ordering window
Once a limited drop closes:
- The t-shirt product will never be restocked
- Orders cannot be placed once the drop window has ended
Designs may return in the future on different garments (such as hoodies or caps). This does not constitute a restock of the original product.
Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
FCTTN reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse.
5. SHIPPING
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Print-to-order production schedules
- Courier delays
- Factors beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. FCTTN is not liable for delays, failed delivery, parcel theft or losses resulting from incorrect customer information.
6. RETURNS, REPRINTS AND REFUNDS
Not Eligible for Reprints or Refunds
Reprints or refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Customer error
- Slight colour variations between screen display and printed product
- Subjective dissatisfaction where no production defect exists
- Claims or reports made more than 14 days after delivery
- Items returned with noticeable wear, odours, damage, or makeup stains
Returned items must be in original, unworn condition. FCTTN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Eligible Reprints or Refunds
At its discretion, FCTTN may offer a reprint or refund for:
- Confirmed production or fulfilment errors
- Lost shipments verified by tracking data
- Print defects or damage caused during production or shipping
Photographic evidence or additional information may be required before approval.

Exchange to a different size - contact us with your enquiry and we will assist with exchanging to the right size.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. GIVEAWAYS AND COMPETITIONS
FCTTN may conduct giveaways or competitions, including those associated with subscriptions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Entry requirements are outlined in the promotion
- Winners are selected at random or based on stated criteria
- All decisions are final
FCTTN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel giveaways at its discretion.
Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by social media platforms unless explicitly stated.
8. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, designs, videos, vodcasts, and merchandise designs are owned by or licensed to New Speed Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the website, services, content, or subscriber-only platforms (including Discord).
FCTTN reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
